What do you make the flash things with?
The program itself is called flash. Find the 30-day free trail @ https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=flash

Anything else? It took me 15 minutes to get to 3%! (I gave up at 5%)

I made a simple flash version of my scratch project "Draw Your Game" . I didn't take the time to add all the special pens but it is still pretty amusing.

You need to find a Flash web forum to discuss flash games.
Unfortunately that's easier said than done - especially at a level suitable for the Scratch target audience who wants to "move up" to Flash. Most of the Flash forums I've looked at tend to be oriented to advanced users and professionals - that's a big step to take up from Scratch.
One possibility, if someone has the time, would be to start a new "Scratch User" section on
http://board.flashkit.com/board/index.php . They seem to be pretty good about hosting single focus threads.
If anyone else has some suggestions, please post them here. If there is a good site out there, I'd be very interested - just don't have the time to host one mysef.
This is also my opinion. I'm started with programming when i was 10, +/- 3 years ago, from the ages scratch was not all over the world... At that moment, i've selected Flash, because there was a book about programming for children with Flash. (in duch, ofcourse. Elsewere it would be pretty hard for me...) It is possible to program simple things with flash Actionscript, so it was perfect for me. So, i can program in flash. There are a lot of flash forums (even in duch), but they all are for professionals, or adults without any programming expierience, but not for children like me. I do'nt think the organizations behind this big flash-sites, wants that there are children on the're forums. When i saw scratch, i immediatly tought: "yes! This is it!", because you can SHARE your projects with other children (and adults who wants to help). And, you can get comments on it, so you can always get better and better...
So: thanks scratch team!
But i think scratch and flash projects don't have to be together in one site. Another site (or part of a site) especially to upload flash content of young programmers is a good idea.
If you want to see my flashgames, click on one of the links below. (please know that some of them are in dutch, but that the controls always are pretty easy)
A small folder with my (beta) games
The games part of my website
(There are still some flashgames not uploaded, but i think it is better that you can't see them all, there so bad...)
