Surprise!
If you're not logged and go to "projects", there's a "surprise" bar that displays a random project. If you're logged in, there isn't one. I think they should have it for logged in people too.

You can still get to it when you're logged in, here.
So adding another tab might get crowded, when you can just bookmark the surprise page.
