"like" buttons?
We never had "like' buttons as far as I know.

Rookwood's like button used images, so the buttons are still there, it's just they don't show without antidote or another image re-insertion program at the moment. It may be that rookwood has removed them properly for the time being too, since I can't see any.

You could, but that wouldn't show the number of likes until you clicked on the link.

Someone could make a userscript that adds a bb-code tag or something. (That also adds the image with post count.)
