I can see more problems being created with that ability rather than just reporting for a community moderator or member of the Scratch Team to do it for you.

So while it may be a cool feature, I think we can all wait a couple minutes until someone of authority gets online.  big_smile

The mods are just fine with closing topics. I'm a mod on another forum, and I know; it's about an extra 10 seconds with normal internet speed.

Isn't it already like this where if you delete the first post of the topic, it closes the topic?

No, it doesn't close it, it just deletes itself and can no longer be found.  wink

Closing a topic is different than deleting one. If its closed people can't pot vicar till see stuff.
