The server gets delayed when to many projects are being uploaded at the same time which will cause a error in the server big enough so that no new projects can be uploaded.

Yah and its really annoying I tried to upload a new game I am working on, it said it was too big, so i got scared and tried to cut down the size, then tried again and got REALLY scared. Than I checked the website and luckily found out the glitch
