Profile image size
What's the max size(kb> for it? Because it said my file was too big. The size of my file is 89.8 KB.

Hmmm... Not sure. The User Icon Wiki page has a lot of info on it but doesn't say anything about file size.
Perhaps you can ask one of the original Scratch devs? They might remember.
