theres the tibasic website i use sometime and they have a system of helpfulness that displays your commitment and helpfulness in a "karma level" that motivates you to contribute.

Maybe "Wonder Cats" for the Scratch Team?

If we want to go a little more formal, maybe:

Scratchee
Scratcher
Experienced Scratcher

Then maybe something related to what the Scratcher is good at? And some other just in case you feel like changing all the titles/ranks.

Scripting Expert - Knows how to code many things in Scratch
Physics Implementer - Very knowledgeable in adding physics to projects
3D Coder - 3D in Scratchers
Artist - Draws really well

Modder - A Scratcher who modifies Scratch
Networker - Knowledgeable in networking with Scratch

Scratch Creator - Scratch Team
Scratch Upkeeper - Moderators

Though after looking at the title of the topic again, I think the best ones are Scratch Helper, Scratch Mentor, and Experienced Scratcher.
