I am EXTREMELY annoyed at project-stealing.
There is a user named [removed] who recently remixed one of my projects.
Or, rather, stole it.
They downloaded my project, Pop!, and made no changes to the scripts whatssoever, and reuploaded it without giving ANY credit.
Their project is an exact copy of mine.
It doesn't show up as being remixed.
What should I do?

This is a difficult issue, that I've heard of before.
According to the Community Guidelines, "Feel free to make modified versions of other people's projects - just make sure to give them credit." which supports your side of the story. Might I also point out that it says modified versions, not copies. However, on the other side, Scratch's famous modo "Imagine, program share" clearly supports and encourages remakes. The problem is, your art and work still belongs to you, as long as you aren't allowing others to use it. So, technically, they should give credit for your work, but you are sharing a project knowing many people will play and probably download it.
Overall, I'd say they should definitely give you credit and you should Contact the Scratch Team regarding this user and the specific issue.

You could start by just flagging the project instead of using the forums to report it. Using the forums to report something only bring out the supposed bad behavior into a bigger public eye, which makes the whole situation worse.
