Minecraft is an unoriganal idea that was made origanal. You wake up in a randomly generated world, in first-person view. You need to gather resources if you want to survive the night, with it's monsters. The world is made of cubes and as you progress through the game, the world expands until you reach the aprropiately-named The End. It starts to get repetitive and combat is glitchy. Luckily, there is the Creative Mode for those who want to make their own structures in peace. But monsters will hardly attack you, making adventure maps a flaw. The online is hard to connect to and even harder is making your own server. He wants two-sentence reviews.
The OP states he doesn't want "TOO WELL KNOWN GAMES" with this stated as an example, though that just seems rather biased.Well, you can give your own review for the game as well. That was my opinion.
Edit: Why did he allow LittleBigPlanet 2 and Civilistation? Those are both well known games.
it can be a well known game, but in order to prevent tons of people saying "MINECRAFT!" or "SUPER SMASH BROS.!", i have to draw the line somewhere. After all, this is a topic about finding new games, not looking at others' opinions on them.
and, you can't be telling me that Civilization and LittleBig Planet are as well known as minecraft. I'm not being biased, I'm just trying to keep the original idea for the topic.

Civilization is most definitely more popular than minecraft.
Minecraft is a small indie game that is a bit of an upstart, Civilization is a large and ongoing franchise that's expanded to Xbox, PS3, Wii, etc.

Halo: Reach
99.9/100
Fantastic! The online multiplayer is challenging and fun with one downside, if you play it for a looong time it gets boring. :p The campaign is phenomenal, great easter eggs, great glitches, great gameplay. The storyline is great too, plenty of mystery. The forge and custom games are very fun, I play them when I have nothing else to do. :p
Altogether Reach is a great game, I've had it for almost a year and haven't gotten bored yet. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Very well made!

This is actually a terrible example because you have more than two sentences in your review. This is very bad because you can accurately give opinions and critiques with more than 2 sentences.
It is also bad because the topic author will use his bias to call this game too popular to consider, mostly because he has played it before.

Super Mario World:
As amazing as Super Mario Bros. 3 was it only set the stage for Super Mario World. This game is the best in the Mario series and any fan of platforming, or just video games in general should check this out, as it's one of the greatest games ever made.

This is a reanactment of a classic genre, retro platforming! I love the graphics, music because - it's all 8-bit! The only problem is that there is a very thin storyline, which dosen't give you much sense of progressing through levels. That aside, a great download and one for, 'retro children'. Whatever they are.
