Importing files.

I like to do my graphics in external sources, so, of course, that means I'm importing a lot. One annoying thing: Sometimes, when I import, the window doesn't show fully, just some buttons. I have to click around to get it to show. I would give a mock-up but it would take a while and a bunch of annoying pointless imports.

Re: Importing files.

This often happens if your computer is overloaded or running too many programs.

Re: Importing files.

Yeah, I hate using the Scratch painter thing too.
I usually use paint or sometimes just find a picture on the internet.

My "My Documents" folder is full of pictures and things and it is not very well organized.
So when I have to import and save it to there, I have a hard time digging through stuff to get to it.

Anyways, on to something more useful...
I think it is the same thing trinary said. Just try and closing some programs which are not needed and cool down your computer. Even computers need a break sometimes!

Re: Importing files.

Yes, happened to me a few times.

My verdict: it's a file size overload. It'll most likely be fixed in version two point zero, but in the mean time, simply click cancel, then deselect the import button.  wink

Oops, I was on my iPod and accidentally pressed report, not quote. I'm sure no one will get in trouble. Anyhow, I've found that to be the best solution also. Thanks!

Happens to me too. I'm on my iPod now! It always translates words to different words when I spell something wrong.
