How do you make your user image moving?
How do I? is there some website? if so, please give me a link. (and it HAS TO BE a safe website.) k9lego, thanks.

Use an animated GIF.
You can create them with GIMP or any other good image editing software.
Create all the frames of the animation first, then import them as layers into GIMP.
Save as a GIF and choose 'Export as animation' from the options.
