Scratch modifications
Is changing Scratch (using the r loop in the scratch logo) and uploading projects is allowed? Modifications are not, but I'm not sure if it counts.

it depends. Basically, only adding Mesh and cloning blocks is allowed, I think

I think it's kind of a grey area, but they can't really stop you if it's just in your version. And it's not like most of the blocks would work with it anyway.

I might ask the scratch team. I mean, they could delete your project, as it might be a violation of the community guidelines.
