You should report it so that the Scratch Team views it... Would you mind if I reported it?

Maybe you could give me some details of what your questions might be? It makes a difference as different Scratch Team members are more knowledgeable in different areas...

Well the first interview will have the following questions.
What do you do for scratch.
How did you become a member of the scratch team.
What does the scratch team do.
Any info you would like to provide about scratch 2.0.
Would you say scratch is the easiest way to program.
Who runs the scratch website.
Is everyone in the scratch team in the Life Long Kindergarten Group.
If not how to you communicate for building the scratch website and scratch 2.0.
Who came up with the idea of scratch.
Who put all of scratch together.
How long have you been on the scratch team
that's all

Hey! I recently answered some questions similar to these in this interview, in case it's helpful. I'll try to answer as many of these as I can. Sorry to be so hasty, it's just that there's a ton of work to be done these days!

My role is to improve the Scratch community by helping to design, revise, and refine social and technical structures. Also, I put out fires, and sometimes reboot the servers. But all of us do lots of different things here, so there's a lot of overlap.

I became friends with another member of the ST, and when they were looking for someone to join the team, he told me I should apply.

We made Scratch because we want kids to have more opportunities to create stuff based on their own ideas and interests. (And we love seeing the awesome stuff kids make.) Mostly we work on the design of the next version of Scratch and the Scratch website, and maintain the Scratch online community (keeping the servers going, moderating, that kind of thing). Also we do research on the kind of interest-based learning that Scratch helps to encourage.

That's a big question! Uh, it's going to be awesome? We'll make another blog post soon.

I'd say it's one of them. But even though it's easy, it's still very powerful. There are plenty of examples of that on the site.

We do. It lives on some servers in a noisy room about 50 yards from where I'm typing this post. We also get a lot of help from a consultant we hired to help us keep the servers running smoothly.

Yep, pretty much. Although, we get a lot of help from friends. Check out the credits page here: http://info.scratch.mit.edu/Scratch_Credits

That's a big question! I'd say it grew from a lot of powerful ideas that were first explored in a computer language called "Logo", developed by Seymour Papert and others. Scratch itself has had a lot of refinement by members of the ST and friends. See the credits page listed above for more info.

Since early 2009.
Thanks for interviewing! Let me know if you make this into a project or something by dropping me a comment.
And of course...
