Negative comments
Is it okay to say that you think a game stinks or sucks or is terrible, because some games are really like this that I play, and I don't know what to say sometimes because they always flag me. Instead, should I put more constructive criticism?

Yeah, if you just say "this game sucks" then that's classed as trolling. Just say "I can see you put a lot of effort into this, but perhaps you should ____"; that way they can improve it.

+1 Saying that a game is horrible is an opinion. A very mean one. If you get flagged, it's your fault. Just do the above.
