Since I saw their other post (in Suggestions) about that after, I guess I'll assume that's what they meant.

Uh no, you can't program Android apps in Scratch.

Probably...

If that's true though, there better be a revision history. Sometimes there are changes to my projects that I make which I don't want to keep, so not saving the project is usually works. But for auto-saving, being able to go back to an earlier version of the project would allow this to still be possible.

Hello, people. I have a question that is actually about scratch 2.0: Will it be able to import mp4 (Mpeg4) sounds/songs? That's all itunes will give me, and its sad to know that i cant use mp4 songs on my games, because scratch imports only mp3. I would really like it if they could make it possible to import mp4 sounds, that way, i could put in my favorite songs to give my games more AWESOME POWER!!

MP4 is a movie file, not an audio file. Scratch 2.0 isn't planning to have video import.
Try using a converter program.

Re: Got questions about Scratch 2.0?

I've tried the most popular and safest-seeming of lots of converters, but hardly any worked, and i still wasn't able to upload. Does any1 know a safe audio converter that i can use?

A sprite is anything that you have in your project that can be seen, other than the background. For example, the default scratch cat that you see when you open scratch is a sprite. Sprites are the basis of most projects.

Re: Got questions about Scratch 2.0?

I'll see if I can decipher?

Hello man, this is the first time that I try this website. I found this website on another blog and forum website. It is different, so for me is difficult. I see that other people can upload picture, I can't, because I need long time to study. Then, after I study, I can.

Is that right?  tongue

Audio: Probably not. People will probably use it for an audio sharing site even more (some already do). That's not really our goal, and we could get into a lot of trouble. So I think we'll continue to reduce the quality of audio, and make it mono too.

Multi-cores - It'll run on Flash. I'm not sure if Flash makes use of multiple cores or not.  smile  So it totally depends on Flash. Pretty much the same with 64 bit.

Oh... I just thought it would be cool, if sound could be stereo, with adjustable volume for each channel. Then we could create surround sound effects in games and stuff  tongue
