I'm taking a look at this really neat looking website called Quest. I've also heard of another program called quest, that did the same thing pretty much, but this one can be found at textadventures.co.uk Check it out, and let me know if anyone figures it out.

I gave up on my one. I think it was too big of a project for first learning PHP. Maybe some other time. For now, I guess I'll just work on short games, that will only take a little while to make, and not several weeks just working on the start of the game

I'm probably going to use something like C/++ or Java.

Yeah, that should have been what I started with in the first place. I'll probably end up doing what I did before. I'll learn one of them, start making the game, get around three to four weeks into it, get stuck, or get bored, and then give up. Seems to be a pattern, doesn't it?
