Displaying on my site without uploading to Scratch site

I'm trying to work out how to place my game on my website, without uploading it into the Scratch website. Could someone show me how to do this? Thanks.

I guess you could export the project as a Flash file using some program which I always forget the name of and will just search for now.

EDIT: Can't find it, sorry. I dunno if you can upload .exes or not, but if you can you may want to try Scratch2exe.

I'm not sure, because I've only uploaded games to scratch.
