Fukushima anniversary - related projects
Fukushima´s power plants cooling system collapsed as its
emergency generators were not water proof (flooded by a tsunami).
The coastline itself is about 100 feet high, but plant designers
decided to errect the plant below the natural coast line level... 
No cooling = nuclear meltdown, explosions, radioactive fallout
