Scrolling Game
HELP!!!!!
What's a scrolling game? Does it has anything to do with 'scroll down,' like on the mouse?

No, it doesn't have anything to do with the mouse button. 
A scroller is a project that scrolls, simply. Here's a link to the Scratch Wiki article on scrolling.

See, below your name, it says "New Scratcher". Under mine, it says "Scratcher". When you achieve Scratcher status, then you can. You also only have to wait 1 minute between posts, instead of 3.
To get the status, you need to upload some projects, do some commenting on the main site, posting on the forums, and in about a month, if you do those, you should get upgraded.
