i would like to learn how to make an actual computer program that will run tin its own window and everything but i'm not quite sure where to start anyone wanna help me

I would start with Hackety Hack, a simple programming language that helps beginners.

Well, you could use scratch.
Scratch (there are several of them), BYOB, Panther (Windows only), Chirp (I think there's one, and it's windows only), and Slash (Haven't tried it yet) all have compilers.
When I say _____ only, I don't mean the mod only runs on that OS, but the compiler only compiles to programs that run on that OS.
I'm not an expert on programming languages, so I can't really provide any other suggestions.
I left the post window open for awhile, so I might have been ninja'd.
Edit: Other people had posted before me, but none of them suggested scratch, so I wasn't ninja'd. Anyway, back on topic.

EDIT: You can use ToJar to convert scratch projects into clean java apps that run in nice windows
