I have a question: I found a project involving the word "bad***" (without the stars) and flagged it. I then got a notification that the project was OK and I might get my account deleted if I kept flagging OK projects. I do not understand why the project was not removed. Would it be helpful if I posted a link to it?

It's possible that maybe the word might not have been caught by whoever was taking care of flags that day, or the project was updated and the bad word was no longer in there when an admin reviewed it. In any case, send the project link to the Scratch Team via the Contact Us.

What if you flag some projects that you think are inappropriate (ex. spam), and you do it enough times, yet all those times the project is found to be "OK" and your account is banned. Couldn't that discourage flagging of borderline inappropriate projects (like some spam)?

I think that if someone makes something innapropriate, their account should be shut down right away. If Scratch jus<when green flag clicked>t takes off the project, someone could repost it.
What if a small child learned a new word and put it in a project? They would get REALLY upset. I see your point, but the Scratch Team should give the user a warning before shutting down the account.

Well, make sure that the project is actually inappropriate first...
People's opinions on what is inappropriate are different. I may think something is inappropriate, when the Scratch team doesn't. If I were to flag too many projects, my account could deleted.
EDIT (Yay, this is my 40th post)

Which flag did you click on? The one at the bottom of the project or the one that is on the grey bar? The green flag starts up the project.

its impossible to prevent people from having multiple accounts.
It is.
When you log out, and then register, you get a window telling you have multitipe accounts. All they need to do to prevent it is remove 1 button from the page. But some people use test accounts. Or group accounts.
Yeah, but the point of my post was to show you CAN prevent it, not that it'd actually be a GOOD idea.

Hey Scratch Team,
All over the site there is projects with gun animations. I try and flag them, but there is so many that flagging them all would take HOURS.
Should I just get all the URLs for them and send you an email with them, or should I flag them all?

I am aware that monkeyman8 has remixed one of my projects, Cool wavy line maker v.6, only changing the name by deleting 2 letters and a period, and only adding two nearly insignificant blocks to the script. Although I flagged the project, my response from the administrator was only a message explaining the greatness of remixing, although an exact copy of my project definitely deserves action taken. I urge the Scratch team to look into this, please.

To make a sig, go to profile at the top, then click personalty, then you can make your sig there.

I was then a "New Scratcher," and I found a clever way to make a false sig for myself. I have a real one now.

Cool, but I think you should also have to type in a reason for flagging a comment.
