Comments on User's Pages

I very much think that users should be able to comment on other users' home pages,as general messages to the user rather than about a certain project.

It's a good idea...but there is already a topic for it, as Luke121 has pointed out.  Since this is a duplicate, we'll close it and keep the conversation on the older topic.
