there seems to be a bug in scratch...

whenever i try to upload a game it says "initializing network drivers-blahblahblah" then it tells me to restart my computer and yet the game does not upload. Why?

Can you tell us more about your system?  What kind of computer are you using?  What operating system is it using?

Does this happen with all your projects that you try to upload...or only some of them?

try and initialise them before you do it?

If you're using Ubuntu you probably have an explanation if not, well sorry you're out of luck.
