I think there should be a way to edit and delete posts. Like if I wan't to make changes to this, or I wan't to delete something because by mistake I posted the same thing thinking it was not submitted. I think scratch should use this Idea.

Actually, there is a feature to do so, but you need to get promoted to the Scratcher status on the forums in order to.
There is a topic in the "New Scratchers" forum that tells you what you need to do to become one. Basically, you need to be extremely helpful and active, ask and answer questions, compliment others, post projects, etc. It should take anywhere from a few weeks to about 5 or 6 months, depending on your activity.
Don't get discouraged, you HAVE to become a Scratcher at some point. You will definitely become one

But you know what would be a good feature. To be able to change the name of our posts, or even close our own topics.

First one's not gonna happen. Imagine if a troll said something like "who likes pizza?" and then when about ten people say yes, they change the title to... Well I'll let you use your imagination on that one
Second one'd be cool though.

Yeah, but I can imagine that people would abuse it, maybe like making 23 topics saying "I LIKE PIE! :O" and closes them immediately. The forums would be cluttered up with spam posts.

Mods would just delete those types of thread though
