I think it would be a lot more convincing if you simply made the links to the scratcher a different color.  just saying.

People can add that themselves though, and fake being a Scratch Team member.

(I know you posted that ages ago and that you've probably quit by now, but hey ho).

You can put an asterisk in yourself. (not in yourself literally though.)

It is an important tidbit of information, but I don't think it's any more important than a lot of the things in here.

I still think the names should be instead color coded.

Good idea! That way people who do bad stuff know who they're dealing with!

Nope. Since both have the same privileges and everything.

How basically do you get the asterisk to go next to the username? I mean, we can't do that.  smile

It shows that people are on the Scratch Team. Regular scratchers can't just get it. They have to be on the team.

Re: Asterisk next to a user name identifies members of the Scratch Team

This needs to be stickied, since people who don't go on the forums much assume that the asterisk is part of the scratch team member's username.

You need to be a very experienced scratcher, or a member of the Lifelong Kindergarten Group, and you must be very good at programming (with Squeak) among many other requirements.
