Hey monicap! The best way to make friends on Scratch is to find some people you like, and comment on their stuff. Like, a bunch. If you're lucky, they'll comment on some of your stuff. Once you feel that you "know" each other a bit, go to their page and add them as a friend!

Just go around clicking on everyone's names, and you'll find plenty of people who are willing to help you and be your friend

exactly! Also if you help others if they need it, with their projects
