Caps Lock + Paint Editor = Problem

I actually discovered this a while ago, but I'm posting it now.  It isn't a terrible glitch, but here it is:

When holding down the mouse and using the paintbrush, eraser, line-tool, square-tool, circle-tool, or crop-tool, drag your mouse around and in mid-drag press the caps-lock button.  If you're using the paintbrush or eraser, there should be a slight gap (depending on how fast your mouse was moving).  If you were using one of the other tools (that, in a sense, re-draws itself every "frame"), your circle/line/square will be drawn and a new one will be begun.  It looks to me that pressing the caps-lock key does something to the mouse-capture script, perhaps ignoring the last mouse-capture?  Anyway, just thought I'd point it out, and see if anyone else has noticed it.

Maybe it's a feature?
