They're pretty good. Hammerhead's a drum machine I rarely use, pxtone is for things like chiptune.

Re: Magix Music Maker

I bought MAGIX basic($70), and I'm quite disappointed. It didn't have many features and overall, isn't that great for music making. If you want to make short tunes or melodies, I guess it's okay for that.

I'm angry now.

After some solid use of it without error to try it out, I close it after saving something I wanted to work on and later the thing won't open at all.
[Collage (the important one) won't open, the others are fine]

When I open it in the winRAR archive it says something like "Files were extracted from this, add them to archive?"

And when I open them without the archive just in a folder it simply refuses.
Running as Administrator doesn't help either.

Re: Magix Music Maker

I used to be obsessed with that -.-

I wasted around thirty quid (if I remember correctly) on the rock edition. A few days later I found a free download on the web >_>

I managed to download the normal edition free though >:D

Re: Magix Music Maker

After that I only used it for a couple of weeks and haven't used it since as well. And that was about two years ago xD

It's kinda annoying how you can be so obsessed with something, you fork out loads of money on the full version, and then as soon as you do you lose interest in it ._.
