Wouldn't that encourage spammers to get to the 1,000 post mark so they can spam more.

Also, there are 31,536,000 seconds every year. If you divide that into 30 (seconds) you get 1051200. That means that once spammers get up to 100 posts, they can post 1,000,000 posts in a year. Amazing, isn't it.

Just add a whole new status that has this and some more privileges. (Images, anyone?)

I thought it said >1000< posts, not 100...

Anyway:
If you divide 31,536,000 by 60, you get 525,600. Spammers could reach this mark in way less than a year.

If you divide 31,536,000 by 12, then you get the length of the month in seconds (2,628,000) and then divide 2,628,000 by 60, you get 43,800 posts. Within under a month, you could begin spamming further!

Overall, you can get 1440 posts in exactly 24 hours.

So I do not support.
