Another Suggestion: Executable Files!
If you're wondering what the heck I mean, simply put, you can play or watch it without scratch.

Do you know how Game Maker for YoYo games, you can make an executable file and play the game without Game Maker? This is exactly what I thought would be a good improvement. At the moment, you have to have scratch, or the internet to play your games. If this wasn't the case, you could easily send your game/animation to a friend who is not privileged enough to have scratch!

That would be a good idea, but Scratch2EXE has the power to turn a project into an executable already.
