I'm in a collab called The Other Frontpage. I used the front-page source code to mimic it in my own site. What license is the front-page under? I want to know whether I'm gonna get in trouble if I host it. After all, Scratch and ScratchR are open-source.

Yep, they are open source - and you're allowed to use them for your own purposes. But do avoid using the Scratch trademarks, such as the name "Scratch", the Scratch Cat image , and the Gobo image. You can check out this page for more information.

Thanks. Close this please.

Can I use the name Scratch but not the logo on the page or do I need to say that scratch is a trademark

Wait, it has thumbnails from real projects--they include Scratch cats. How should I deal with this?
Also, should I change words like Scratch Design Studio and Scratchers to Fake Design Studio and Users?

That should be fine, as they are in the project, not on the site.
