I'm making a pong game ^^

It's gonna be completely different from other ones though. It's gonna have loads of power-ups big_smile If I can think of some, that is... Which I can't ._.

So, I need some ideas ^^

(BTW I'm not sure if this should go here or in Project Ideas. I've reported it so I can get a mod's opinion).

How about...

BOD (bomb of death): The ball has a 5% chance of exploding
Ghost Ball: The Ball is set to ghost effect 50

Ill edit with more later.

I've always thought that it would be pretty cool if the ball didn't always go in a straight line...maybe it takes evasive action as it gets closer to your paddle, sometimes. Not exactly a power-up, maybe, but something to think about smile

By the way, I think this is a better fit for Project Ideas - so I'll move it there for you.

Here's a few:

Ricochet Ball: Bounces off the walls or paddle in a weird, unexpected way.
Fast Ball: Goes much faster.
Teleporting Ball: Teleports from your end to the opponent's end.
Double Ball: Puts in 2 balls at a time.
Double Score Ball:" If this ball goes into the enemy's end, then it counts as two points.

Here's some:
Enemy Freeze-freezes enemy for 3 seconds
Wide Open- Widens the paddle for 4 seconds
Level Skip-Skips 2 Level
10 Point Enemy Power-up- Enemy gets 10 points
10 Point Player Power-up- Player gets 10 points

What about a crazy paddle one? It would make the paddle do the opposite of what you say (up = down and right = left).
