Got a question
Hello,
Sorry for the title, the question is a bit complicated...
I want to start a system built on my already running site, where Scratch users can join and post Articles/tutorials any thing Scratch related. But where would I post this in the forums so that members know about it?

You most likely would want it in Show and Tell. If you keep it bumped up then more people can see it.
