I think the minimum amount of time it can take to become a Scratcher, now, is a month. So you would have had to join the forums a month ago is be a "Scratcher" :c
But anyway, welcome to the Forums!

It takes a minimum of a month, 20 - 100 posts, and 3 projects to become a Scratcher.
Please be patient.
