Using forums or galleries as a chatroom is discouraged (see here for more info), so this thread will be closed.
@New Scratchers: Keep in mind that the Things I'm Reading and Playing forum and the Things I'm Making and Creating forum are already good places to talk about our favorite activities and interests. Why not go there instead?
