Custom Blocks
How do you make custom blocks? I've seen it mentioned plenty of times, but I don't know how to do it. Again, how do you make custom blocks?

See the link to the Block Library in my signature. Be warned, however--custom blocks don't work online and are not allowed on the Scratch website.
