I'm trying to get my kids involved in programming and stumbled upon Scratch. I knocked up this project in an hour or so in an attempt to impress them:

They've uploaded a few projects themselves, so fingers crossed, they'll keep improving :-)

hi,everybody,nice to meet you,i joined scratch just now,i have never programmed a programm,but after saw you guys,i guess that's not that difficult.by the way ,i'm 20 now,i must be the old guys? right?

You're twice my age. Welcome! I don't use the program much and normally make small stuff. Because I have something big and super secret I'm working on.

yep! You're about twice my age, (I'm 11.) Welcome to the community! Age doesn't matter here, though. If someone just saw my projects, not my age, they probably wouldn't think I was eleven. It's you're skill in programming that matters. So, good luck!

I would think so. How old are they? I started scratch when I was 8, and honestly, to this day, I still find it challenging and fun. Welcome to scratch!

Hi, Just discovered Scratch recently and have started using it with my class of 9-10 year olds. They absolutely love it. Very addictive. I'm really looking forward to seeing their attempts at game simulations.
