Do you mean something like this?
when gf clicked ask [action invoice...] and wait if <(answer) = [+]> say [Hey!] for (2) secs else say [What?] for (2) secs end(answer) block: Reports the answer of the last question asked.
[ask [stuff] and wait] block: Asks the user a question.
[if <stuff> [script] else [script] ] block: If the condition is true, do something. If the condition is false, do something else.
[say [stuff] for (number) secs] block: Makes the sprite say something for the specified number of seconds.
