Comercial Websites?
What do you mean please help me.Does it mean a website that has advertisments? or a website that advertises? I am confused because i made a forum for my group (ScratchMusicGroup Join at My Gallery) and i am not sure if i could make a post on my gallery saying that if you are a member in the group join here also. Please guide me the way

The word commercial is related to commerce which is related to business and money. Commercial websites exist to make money.

thank you for making this clear because i once heard in the forums that it was against the rules to make a forum for scratch and tell some poeple to go to it.

I've actually seen people do it before—they didn't get banned.
I think they allow it because they are only concerned about their forums: They want there forums not be a place for chatting, but rather a place where you can get help from nice members and talk-about Scratch.

You are allowed do that.
To clarify, the Scratch Team usually gives warnings before banning, and they can always un-ban you. ^_^

Agreed—unless it's not already there.
