I orchestrated Seven Nation Army! :D

If you've never heard the song, you can see the music video here.   smile

The band at my school is going to start rehearsing it tomorrow, and according to the teacher, we'll play it at a school assembly on Friday!   smile   I'll post the music if anybody wants it (.wav, .pdf, or if you have MuseScore, .mscz)

Note: my arrangement does not have percurssion, because they're improvising it at the performance.   smile

EDIT: All right, the midi is here.  It's compressed so much it sounds like an old Pokemon game, but it still sounds...somewhat like the song.   tongue

All right, keep in mind it's intended for a pep rally so it's shortened quite a bit.  Let me upload it...

Isn't that song pretty easy? It's the same riff over and over with 1 slight change. I used to play that in my band, but we couldn't find a singer so we stopped.

The guitar solo is pretty hard, since he's got so much distortion on it.   tongue

it's a few notes in the verse, a riff in the chorus, and a heavy distortion solo.

Yeah, it's too bad my band director made me cut out the vocal part because it was too long.  I still have a seperate copy though.   smile

I don't think I'll be the one conducting; I think I'll be playing with the other alto sax.  I'm pretty versatile--I'm the school's clarinet expert who's also great at alto/tenor sax and decent at piano.   cool
