Where is the original Super Mario Bros? You can't have a Best Of Nintendo list without that.
Sorry, but most NES games don't do it for me...
While I can respect that if you mean that the gameplay is too simple, I'm afraid I'm gonna have to CRAWL DOWN YOUR THROAT AND TEAR OUT YOUR VERY SOUL if you mean that "UMG TEH GRAPHEEKZ SUCKZOEZ"

That sounds rather much too violent for a comment over a possible disagreement. Please follow the Community Guidelines and be respectful when commenting.

*sigh*
By "published" I'll assume you mean "released on their system" so I'mma gonna have to argue with that with quite a few amazing games.
Mega man series (original and x, but only pre PS x's count here)
Pokemon Red-White (that's right, I'm not a genwunner or against them)
Skyward sword (Amazing controls, proves once and for all that realism isn't required for an awesome game, in any sense)
(BEHOLD one of the few good games for 14$) Zack and wiki. You gonna yell at me? No? It's amazing. Controls streamlined but not so polished as to seem easy, what combat there is treats every fight in a boss fight-esque manner, zelda style.

Well uhmmm... hmm.
Ok you people are going to hate me for this but this is based off of what i've played/ how good the emulator was (if the rom for the game had poor controls, I won't put it on here!)
Well uh
Skyward Sword
Super Mario Bros
Twilight Princess
Wind Waker
Super Mario Bros 3
Super Mario World
Super Mario 64
Super Paper Mario
Exitebike
Donkey Kong Country
I can't think of any more that I've played
but if it were Third Party games released on other consoles I could go on and on...
