Go to 'my stuff' and right click your user icon.
Click 'copy image url'.
That's the url of your icon.

NOTE: I am using Chrome, so this may not work if you use a different browser.
If you are, simply drag the picture into the browser url bar at the top and copy the url that you are taken to.

Yes, but I'm on a mobile device which doesn't have that.
