I would be nice if Clutter did switch to the flash player. However, Clutter is still using the Java Player, & if the creator stays inactive, Clutter may not support 2.0 
My opinion? Yes. I support!
Sooner or Later. Or sooner. Not much, except for a lot. In a way. But it will come no matter what.

I think Clutter should be merged when Scratch 2.0 is released.
