racing game help

i am making a new racing game....
and i need SOMTHING. SCRIPS, SPRITES, SUGGESTIONS, just ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make it with cars.
It should also involve racetracks.
Oh, and items. Those are cool.
And different characters. Characters are good.
Oh, and it should have a title screen. Kinda important.
