The TBG's are text-based games. And we're not allowed to tell what happened, but some security was compromised over there.

No, it isn't. That was an isolated incident.

But the problem of what happened on the TBG kind of pretty much boils down to one important aspect on internet security in general: to have a password that's hard to guess and keeping it secret. And one of the best ways to keep your password a secret is to use different passwords for site where you have an account; that way, if someone manages to figure out the password for one account, they won't be able to compromise the others.

Given that the TBG is open, I think this thread can be closed now.
