For some reason, this game lags BADLY online, but when I download it, it plays perfectly fine. Doodle Jumper does the same thing.
Can someone help me figure out what's wrong with my game?

I took a look and what you say is true.
It does lag badly online and works better when downloaded.
This is a common problem with Scratch projects which are posted online.
It may be something with the server or something with the player used on Scratch.
Possible Fixes Are:
Ask people to play in either Java Player or Flash Player (Whichever Works Better).
Since this happens to a lot of people, most people just say somewhere in the title or the project notes to download the game and preferrably play in Presentation Mode. And that has proven to work.
