All Caps

I think in the title of each new forum topic, you should allow the letters be in capital letters if you typed them in that way. If somebody wanted everyone to see their post, he could use all caps, but without this, it would just look as plain as normal. Tell me what you think.

Support! Sometimes the :D smiley doesn't even work in my regular posts because I've use too many other caps.

I disagree, I think the topics should be forced lowercase.
(It can be extremely annoying, reading an entire page of caps-locked topics)

Programming is an art...
