I have offically released rdocochat. It is a safer version of Ripplechat that can ban, unban, admin, deadmin and more.
Use spud2451's RippleChat client to join.
Rules (including but not limited to Scratch Community Guidelines)
1. Impersating people will be banned when noticed.
2. Swearing is an instant ban.
3. Spam will result in an instant ban.
4. Hating other users will result in one warning (2 warnings = 1 ban)
Bans
1st time: permanent
2nd time: kicking off Hamachi
3rd time: chat will be out of service
Notices
1. It IS allowed to create a bot.
2. The server project ISN'T shared.
3. We will not allow PMing because the ST doesn't like private messaging. We also want privacy.

i like this idea. (yeah! now I don't have to run a server!) may I have the project because you're basing it off my project. may I suggest maybe making a chat room with ripple
server and client. It has the power to send to only one user therefore you can send a message to the person being ban letting them know. And if you do make a chat room with Ripple server and client you could add a whisper function to it.

Sure -- I might share it on Scratch soon.
Again, if I wanted to add a whisper function, I'd need to edit the client project to only add to chat if it is directed towards everybody or just that person.

Why doesn't anyone join?

is the server off - you should put a API in
There's already one in the server he based it off of (if he hasn't messed it up with all of his modifying of the base server). That's how the plugins work.

Wait, I don't understand. How can a project have a "application programming interface" (API)?

why cant it have it ?? do you even understand what API usually is supposed to do ??
Take data , process and flush output :-| , you can easily write an API for your server all you have to define is a procedure for input and one for output
