Graphic Drawing / Sound Generating Tips?

I've been working on an awesome game recently, but I'm stuck with regard to some of the  graphics and all of the sound.  I want to make them myself, but I need help.  Could someone who is experienced in one or both of these fields help me figure out how to do this?

I need to know how to draw the inside of a store, with a counter that has a 3d look.

I need to know how to make a background music soundtrack and sound effects.

Thank you!

Re: Graphic Drawing / Sound Generating Tips?

I personally use Logic express 9/garageband loops to form a song. All you have to do is drag and drop to make a cool song.

If you use a PC, download FL Studio 10. It's a great piece of software, and if you want, crack it xD
If you're using a mac, then ↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑ what he said.

Some of the instruments don't actually work online though, so most of your brilliant compositions turn to a mash of piano and trumpet.

Goodbye, Scratch. I am leaving because of the exams coming up at our school, though I'll check the forums once or twice a week.
