How to define own blocks

Hi,
is there a tutorial to define own blocks for Scratch or mod blocks?

It's not spam, don't worry.  smile  Sometimes it happens that you ask a question, but then figure it out, or decide you don't need it. You can just ask a mod to close it by clicking that Report button below the post, and then no-one else will post.
